My white coat ceremony was this past Friday. A symbolic representation of finishing the RN course work and moving into the Advanced Practice Provider portion of the program! On Sunday May 9th I officially became an alumni of THE Ohio State University. I received a Bachelor’s of Science in Health and Rehabilitation Sciences with a minor in Developmental Psychology. Undergraduate was nothing short of an adventure. It has been full of challenges to say the least. Managing corse work and prequisites for graduate programs, working full time, being President of a student organization, and volunteering obligations. Undergraduate has taught me to be a resilient, organized, and work harder then I ever have. I discovered my passion working with mental health populations and worked to get into a graduate program that would prepare me to to do so. Looking forward to continue my education this June in OSU’s Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner program. Once a Buckeye always a Buckeye! Go Bucks 🌰!! Officially, Nelly Ntim, B.S.
