Our attendees and panelists made the 2024 NAI Summit in New York City one of our best yet!   The NAI Summit identified five key trends for ad-tech to focus on as companies think differently about privacy and adapt their business practices in light of evolving expectations from regulators. We finished our Summit this afternoon with insights from FTC Division of Privacy and Identity Protection Attorney Ronnie Solomon and privacy enforcement leaders with AG offices in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, who discussed dos and don’ts if you receive an inquiry from an enforcement agency. It’s been an exciting morning at the NAI Summit Day 2! After opening remarks by the NAI’s Leigh Parsons Freund and Alan Chapell, it was great to kick off a full day of compelling discussions with a fireside chat with Byron Tau and Duncan McCall. We heard from Byron and Duncan on the potential risks posed by the sale of data to government agencies, foreign and domestic. The next panel focused on how we can support the role of political advertising in creating an informed electorate while stopping misinformation, a critical topic in an election year.
