For the last three days , I stepped in to assist in a mini stationary. Compared to where you work, this may sound boring but I would like to share my 3 days of humble experience with you all. This small stationary serves students, working class people and others within the Gerehu stage 5,6 and 7 area. Most people that live within the Gerehu vicinity are unemployed. Most youths take part in the criminal activities and/or consumes homebrews and smoke weed. During my 3 days, few youth boys came in to print and to do copies for their letters and Resumes. After reviewing their letters and Resumes, I noticed simple grammar errors and spelling errors that I corrected for them. The next day they brought more boys over so I spent the whole day drafting their EOIs and CVs. They were a group of grade 10 and 12 dropouts looking for a job. I asked them to bring all their friends over so I can go through the basics on how to draft EOI letters and CVs. We did a 15 minute stand up session and they were grateful. so far, only 3 came to thank me that they were offered a job with one of the hotels in Port Moresby and one will be working in a security firm. Life is all about helping each other grow. I still stand by my motto to this day," You help one person , you help all!" In every little way you can, please assist people. Try to bring people up to your level instead of pushing them down. #Support #gratitude #Employment

Tip&Advice: Make sure when posting a requisition, to make the job description comprehensive and includs all of the needed information ( title, level, location, skills &requirments etc..)
