Great report about property insurance market condition, particularly in Louisiana. I do have one question regarding severe congestive storms: is there any positioning to have these events qualify larger percentage deductibles, as we have for named/tropical storms?
Sharing a "State of the Property Market" report I recently drafted for our clients, prospects and team members. While there are some signs of improvement, it appears that it will take another year before we start to see meaningful improvement in rates and availability.
