I came across this post this morning and it resonated with me deeply so I wanted to share. If you’re like me; full throttle in your job search with graduation approaching rather quickly, here are a few good points I’d like to summarize in hopes to bring encouragement! 1) Despite most job posting requiring 1-5 years of experience, there are companies that value fresh graduates and want to mold you and coach you to support their missions 2) “What you lack in experience you can make up in enthusiasm” 3) “Have a plan going into the interview. Be sure to articulate your connections to the companies values and culture” - Are you coachable - Are you a hard worker - Do you have a passion for your desired career Good luck and God bless you 😁
