Better > More Whether it’s warm-ups, arm care, bullpens, etc… The fastest way to improve is often better quality, not greater quantity. Not: - more exercises - more throws - more reps But better: - technique - intensity - focus

Fitness expert with an engineering background. Training everything. Get a six-pack and build muscle even if you're busy, stressed, and out of shape.
Most exercises are safe when you ease into it, no matter how dangerous it looks. Gradually increase range of motion, volume, intensity, and frequency. If you scale up too fast, you're injury risk is exponentially higher. Think in terms of months, not weeks.

Don't make your exercises harder for the sake of making them harder 🙅♂️. Give this a try if you want to bias and challenge your chest in the lengthened position. Don't be surprised if you feel more sore (which is neither good nor bad) than usual the first time you incorporate integrated partials in your presses because overloading lengthened position will cause more muscle soreness. . . Give me a tag if you try this out! Find this useful, 𝙎𝘼𝙑𝙀 𝘼𝙉𝘿 𝙎𝙃𝘼𝙍𝙀 𝙏𝙃𝙄𝙎 𝙋𝙊𝙎𝙏!! If you don't want to miss out on similar content, hit 🅵🅾🅻🅻🅾🆆 😉 . . Stuck in a rut with your training? Trying new exercises can be scarier than being locked in a room with an angry hornet. But, I guarantee you’re overthinking it… You see, there are 7 fundamental movements, and if you can do them, you can literally do any exercise under the sun (Message me if you want the list) The first step is to start with lighter weights for 15-20 reps, to familiarise yourself with the movements, and get a bit of balance… Once you’ve done that, start banging on some weight, and perfecting technique. Also, you have a camera in your pocket, so utilise it to record yourself and check your technique! Remember, there’s no need to be afraid because everyone has been in your shoes, so never be afraid to ask for help.
