Too often, we suffer from analysis paralysis - feeling like we have to have all the correct information, the right motivation, and perfect timing to start working on ourselves. More often than not that analysis keeps us stuck in the mud, never actually taking action. If you're looking to make a change in your health and fitness, just remember: something is ALWAYS better than nothing. Put one foot in front of the other and just keep moving forward. You can do it!

Losing muscle quickly is easy. Keeping it on long-term is a commitment. It's a commitment to invest in your health and fitness. The ROI you get from all your work, grind, and hustle is easily measured in dollars. Your work in the gym, kitchen, and recovery is measured in confidence, strength, pulse, mental clarity, and enthusiasm for life. It's why I don't rush you to pack on muscle as fast as possible. That's a get-rich-quick scheme. You might make a few bucks / pack on a bit of muscle. But you won't be able to keep up. You'll fall. Often, it is very challenging. And find it incredibly difficult to get back up. Instead, let's do things the long-term way. The sustainable way. The Skinny Ain't Strong Way. Ask me any questions you have in the comment section.
