Next Phase Solutions and Services, Inc.’s Post

Next Phase offices are closed today in observation of Juneteenth. On this day in 1865, Union troops arrived in Galveston Bay, Texas to deliver an important message to 250,000 enslaved Black people that the Union won the Civil War two months prior and thus could enforce the end of slavery.  While this day marks the end of slavery for the Black community in the United States, there is still work to be done to live in a just and equal society. As an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer, Next Phase is committed to promoting best practices and doing work in and outside our company to foster diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
