In a fleeting diaspora of omni-channel retail, one of the key areas that need attention is reverse logistics or quite simply, retail returns. National Retail Federation deems that in the United States, the problem of Retail Returns is 816bn$ deep on retailers’ pockets. It stands at 16.5% of the overall retail sales, which stands at 4.95tn$. The amount of merchandise returned as a percentage of holiday sales surged up to 17.9% in 2022.
