It’s All About the Quality of Your Clients You can have 100 clients but if they are all small volume you’re going to be overworked with not too much to show for your efforts. As you see in the video, you need smaller volume accounts as well as mid-size & large. You should just have a much smaller amount of them. As you will see later in this week, the reason for the breakdown is because each category feeds the one above it. Truth is, you typically won’t have too many smaller clients to properly feed into the middle client block & it’s designed like that on purpose. The mid-size block is where the magic happens. The mindset with those clients is different. They’re self-sustaining. They won’t have you putting out little fires all the time either. Feed the mid-sized client block as much as you can. These are the clients that will get you through the lulls and build up the top portion of the client pyramid over time.
