In 2019, when I joined the Asia Pacific team, it became evident that our sales presence in the stunning Phuket, Thailand, needed to be more adequate to harness its incredible potential. With limited space in our current sales gallery, I embarked on a mission to collaborate with our design team to identify a location where we could create a sophisticated and upscale expanded sales environment. Today, I'm thrilled to announce that we're just a couple of weeks away from completing the setup and commencing sales operations in our new space. Our next step is to select the crème de la crème of sales executives, focusing on our highest-yielding channels. I have high expectations, and I anticipate remarkable results. Our journey here has been nothing short of exciting, although it was delayed for almost three years due to the disruptions caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. However, our vision is now turning into a reality, and today marked a significant milestone as part of our team had the chance to step into the space and get a feel for its soon-to-be-finished ambiance. This achievement underscores our company's commitment to investing in our future and demonstrating to our shareholders that we can deliver impressive returns on their investments. Walking through the space today was a truly awe-inspiring experience. This vision is finally materializing, and the smiles and excitement on the faces of our team members were truly heartwarming. When I consider the opportunities and potential for growth, the sky is the limit. I often tell my leadership team that even though we have ambitious targets to meet, we'll never truly be satisfied. What I mean by this is that our drive to be the best propels us to continuously improve our skills and abilities, no matter how high we set the bar. So, while we'll only partially reach our goals, we'll undoubtedly celebrate each milestone. In the newly combined Asia Pacific, Europe, and Middle East region, we've done an outstanding job of bringing together a group of incredibly talented individuals. This marks the beginning of a new era for our organization. We consistently exceed expectations and simultaneously take the time to celebrate our achievements. This is only possible when you have a dedicated team that can win. I often draw parallels between our work and sports. Like in sports, we must put points on the board every day when we show up to work. We must perform tirelessly and strive for continuous improvement while embracing diverse cultures. With such dedicated teams, there are virtually no limits to what we can achieve. It's undoubtedly hard work, and when you have the right people on your side, it becomes manageable and immensely gratifying. I extend my heartfelt thanks to my leaders and all our team members for transforming this vision into a reality. I look forward to elevating our team's performance in Phuket to new heights. This journey is just getting started, and the future is full of possibilities.
