They are responsible for assessing and analysing the business needs of healthcare organizations to facilitate the implementation and migration of technology solutions that enhance healthcare delivery and operations.     This individual plays a critical role in bridging the gap between IT capabilities and clinical needs. Experience with clinical trials is a huge plus   Human Resourcing (50%) 1. Partner with the leaders to develop HR scorecards and metrics and supervise data-driven measures of performance and analysis through forecasting and analysis 2. Collects and compiles UMF workforce metrics and data from a wide variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS) and payroll outputs, management and employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government Labor statistics, competitor’s practices, and other sources. 3. Continuously improve people analytics & workforce reporting strategy, support model and execution including identifying and improving metrics to support our overall strategy   Business Analysis and Project Management: (30%) 4. Work with stakeholders to identify and define the needs and requirements for new technology implementations or system migrations. 5. Analyze existing workflows, processes, and systems to determine the impact of new technology on healthcare delivery. 6. Document and prioritize user requirements and ensure that they align with the strategic goals of the healthcare organization. 7. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets for technology implementations and migrations. 8. Coordinate with IT professionals and healthcare staff to ensure successful project execution. 9. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.   Technology: (20%) 10. Evaluate potential technology solutions and vendors to determine the best fit for the organization’s needs. 11. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to justify technology investments. 12. Facilitate the redesign of processes to integrate new technology effectively. 13. Ensure that technology implementations enhance care quality and operational efficiency. 14. Develop and maintain reporting systems to track the effectiveness of technology implementations. 15. Experience in healthcare operations, IT, or a related area, focusing on technology implementation and migration.
