Roles: Offshore MCE Technicians Start Date: 9th July Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off until mid-August (potential for extension) Location: CTV deployment from Aberdeen Harbour Employment: PAYE / Ltd Co Options Key Responsibilities: Perform major component exchanges on offshore wind turbines (gearboxes, bearings, generators) Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols Conduct technical troubleshooting and fault resolution Maintain detailed maintenance records Collaborate effectively with team members Requirements: SVQ/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent Mechanical experience and knowledge of wind turbine systems (Vestas V164 preferred) Proven experience in offshore major component exchange Skilled in using heavy lift materials and tooling Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work day/night shifts in challenging offshore environments Certifications Needed: WTSR Core, MMI & Practical Technical and Operational Safety Safety Awareness Induction Safe Torque and Tension Enhanced First Aid Advanced Rescue Training Lift User (if applicable) Personal Skills: Positive, responsible, and integrity-driven mindset Adherence to strict safety standards Strong team collaboration Ready for the challenge?
