A: Young 4-Hers how to care-for, train, and prepare their market #lambs for the county fair show ring. People new to #sheep shearing how to select shearing blades and set-up a machine for shearing. Q: What is something that inspires you at work? A: I‘m inspired by the great work of other extension agents and motivated to emulate them. Q: What is something that you're proud of? A: My time served on the steering committee for the establishment of the Shenandoah Valley Produce Auction, which is now a multimillion dollar market for fresh produce grown in the #Shenandoah Valley region where comparatively little was grown before. My partnership with Rockbridge #Farm Bureau Federation to deliver timely and relevant local programming for Rockbridge. The revival of the delivery of Sheep Shearing Schools across the state for those interested in acquiring skills in the care of fiber producing animals and producing fiber for niche markets. Q: What is the last thing you read? A: Last thing I read: 'The Inheritance" by James Rebanks: sequel to his memoir "A Shepherd's Life, dispatches from an ancient landscape".

Baltimore’s claim-to-fame may be that it was the birthplace of America’s National Anthem, “The Star-Spangled Banner,” but it's determined, down-to-earth spirit makes it a truly American city. With a dynamic Inner Harbor – the best view of which is from atop Federal Hill – that was as busy in the 18th Century as it is today. However, there are few things more quintessentially Baltimore than Maryland blue crabs. (The name comes from the color of their claws, but once cooked they turn a red-orange.) And while they can be found in the waters along the entire East Coast, Marylanders have perfected the art of eating them. In fact, more than a third of the country’s blue crab comes from the Chesapeake Bay! Baltimore has an exceptionally proud reputation for it's seafood and the Maryland blue crab served in many ways, leads the way! First Call opened our Baltimore, MD field office in May of 2015 and has performed hundreds of calls throughout DC, Maryland, and Virginia. As First Call continues to grow and expand, we have moved our Baltimore field office so that we can better serve our customers. Please make note of our new address and let Team Baltimore be your trusted resource in the Maryland, DC, and Virginia area when you need help the most! 512 Shaw Court, Suite 104, Severn, MD 21144 #SpillLife #FirstCallDifference #SpillNinja #FirstCallNation #environmentalcleanup #environmental #FirstCallCares #FirstCallFam #getbettereveryday #FCE #GBED #werehiring

This is a great post. Many in our industry have tried to eliminate basic tree care from landscape maintenance SOPs. Trees are an integral part of maintaining the overall landscape space. Training for landscape maintenance crew members is essential here. Proper pruning practices are not only important for aesthetics. The health and vitality of the tree as well as directing the growth of the tree for many years all starts with those first cuts.
Let’s talk about trees! If you are ducking and dodging branches to get from point A to point B on a property or in your community- we can help fix that! Looking good, Sergio!!! 🙌🏾 Cumberland Landscape Group

🔮 I have an educated guess... 🏡 Wasatch County will become more expensive than Summit County. 💰 The burning question for me is, when is the tipping point? My gut says sooner rather than later. ⌛📈⌛ What are you seeing in these destination counties?? Would love your thoughts. 🗣️💭 #RealEstatePredictions #WasatchCounty #SummitCounty #MarketInsights #PropertyTrends
