Throughout my career, I've had the great fortune to learn from and work alongside exceptional women, and I'd like to give special thanks and recognition to some of them for #InternationalWomensDay! Nicole Giersch Sypien - I've said it 100 times, but I simply wouldn't have my career without you recruiting me into Coach 15 years ago! You put a focus on developing great people, and look at where SO MANY of us have gone! Michelle Shoemaker - You held us to high standards and spurred so many of us at Coach to continually improve ourselves. Your example of how great retail could be will never fade in my mind. Lindsay "LC" Calverley, MBA, ACC - Just yesterday I found myself reflecting on conversational tactics you taught me to use, to be a better communicator & influencer. Kalani M. - Your human-first, always-thoughtful approach to selling and building trustworthy business relationships is simply unparalleled. You've made me so much better at asking questions and listening with an open mind. Danika Weatherspoon, PMI-ACP, CLSSYB - You're the embodiment of how we can all choose to make our careers and lives what we truly want them to be, while uplifting everyone around us. When I grow up, I hope to be like you! Neely Tamminga - Where do I even start?! Your influence turned me into a full-on retail data nerd. I've learned so much from you directly and from the self-education you inspire. Thanks for your constant encouragement; without it I'd just be some transpondster like Chandler. Inbal Shalev - You are truly superhuman, and I hope someday my brain can handle as much as yours does! You make so much that seems impossible, possible. Is there a masterclass you're teaching yet? Lauren McGrath Hamblet - Your direct communication and focus on supporting people & great ideas function like the rudder & the keel on a ship - constantly moving us along the correct course. Jessica Owen - We seriously need an interactive white board. You think through situations end-to-end more thoroughly and quickly than pretty much anyone else I've met, and I'm just glad to be brought into the process! Anna Vichitcholchai - Your dedication to quality and complete work is beyond! I wish all the energy you pour into your work could be put on display, because it would be a exhibit called "Ultimate Integrity." Kerry Pearce - The way you find truth and stand on it is inspirational! Probably doesn’t seem normal to make sense but after what I’ve seen and done harmony, is the way. Yes that often means not being understood. Because my intention is always from my heart & soul. Texans are known for their fierce independence, “Don’t Mess with Texas.” The spiritual meaning of Texas celebrates these qualities and reminds us that we can overcome Texas has a long history of #religiousfreedom and tolerance, Texas has a deep connection to #NativeAmerican traditions. Texas was home to several indigenous tribes, These tribes had their #spiritualbeliefs Texas represents #strength, #resilience, and #independence, and is often associated with the story of #DavidversusGoliath. The word Texas is rich in symbolism. The letter “#T” stands for the cross, a symbol of sacrifice and redemption. The “#e” represents the symbol of infinity, showing that the state’s possibilities are endless.
