We’re still reflecting on Dr. Terri MD’s opening keynote session at the 14th annual National Association of Neonatal Therapists (NANT) Conference. For healthcare "superheroes," recognizing signs of compassion fatigue and burnout is crucial. Dr. Terri's story of overcoming burnout was inspiring, and we appreciate her openness in sharing her journey and learnings. Members of the Pampers Professional team, including Kati Knudsen, Andrew N. Carr, Amy Wiford, and Laura Goodman also conducted an informative pre-conference workshop on skin health and diaper design. Thanks to everyone who participated in these sessions. We look forward to seeing you at more conferences this year! #NANTConference Sue Ludwig #NANT14 #NANT15 #neonataltherapists #neonatalnurses

👁️✨ 𝗜𝗟𝗟𝘂𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗝𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗮𝘀 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗮 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵! 👀📢 Did you know that glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness worldwide? This January, let's join hands in spreading awareness about this silent sight-stealer. 🌐✨ 🔍 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗦𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲? Because early detection saves sight! Regular eye check-ups can help identify glaucoma in its early stages, giving individuals a chance to preserve their vision. 👁️💙 🌟 Did you know? 1️⃣ More than 2.7 million Americans over age 40 have glaucoma. 2️⃣ Once glaucoma damages your optic nerve, lost vision cannot be restored. Early detection combined with treatment can slow or stop glaucoma progression.! If you're over 60, have a family history of glaucoma, or live with conditions like diabetes, schedule a comprehensive eye exam. 🗓️👁️ 3️⃣ The only clinically proven treatment for glaucoma is to lower eye pressure. Some medicines cause the eye to make less fluid. Others lower pressure by helping fluid drain from the eye. Advocate for regular eye screenings in your community. The more eyes we check, the more sight we save! 🌐💪 🤝 𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗖𝗮𝗻 𝗪𝗲 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗽? Our healthcare advocates are here for you! Whether you need information, resources, or support in navigating your eye health journey, we've got your back. DM us for assistance!
