Want to hear a cool, funny story? This paper comes from our R&D team which is working on its own pipeline of CAR-T treatments. Because they are in the scientific trenches trying to come up with cures for cancer, I had no idea this paper was coming! I found out along with all of you when my Google Alerts let me know. So, that's funny. But, why do I think that's cool? Because this is why we do what we do. I tell people that we don't sell to Marine Labs (my first love) or Basic Biology Departments (my second love), we build tools that will help people cure cancer. And, this paper is chock full of them. On the upstream side of things, we have analysis at all levels - MACSQuant and Tyto for 1D, MACSima for 2D, and Blaze for 3D. Not to mention consumables, reagents, and the ever lovable Prodigy. That's why we make those products, so they can be used for these kinds of studies. Pretty cool.
Your spatial biology adventure is about to begin. Check out our R&D team's latest publication on an innovative chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell design targeting Folate Receptor 1 (FOLR1). Leveraging high-plex imaging on the Spatial Biology MACSima™ Platform, the study meticulously identified FOLR1 as a potent target, showcasing its co-expression with EPCAM in HGSOC samples. This critical finding opens doors for precision medicine in the treatment landscape. Dive deep into spatial biology and get publication-ready, high-plex proteomics data in record time with our complete workflow solution, the MACSima Platform. #SpatialBiology #MACSima #highplexproteomics Link to publication: https://lnkd.in/eFiNsGFt

Imagine you joined a competition and got the 11th place among 29 teams. Not too bad, but you aren't too happy as well. Turns out that using the same evaluation metric but just a different tool to compute the scores, you would rank 1st. This is exactly what we found in a collaborative project with Qin CAO, work mostly done by Wenyu Chen and Chen Miao. Read our preprint on bioRxiv: https://lnkd.in/gjrt4QnP. To appear in Genome Biology soon.
