Recently DMRC introduced locker facilities on the metro stations. Users can book a digital locker on DMRC's Momentum 2.0 app Now, in addition to this, they have also started a courier service. For example: You have to give an important document to your friend, but you can't go due to some prior commitments. The steps are very simple: → Open the DMRC Momentum 2.0 app, and select the "Courier" option. → Enter the required information and then pay the amount → Then keep the parcel in the locker installed at your nearest metro station (of course the app will assign you a particular locker on the station where you want to keep it) → The parcel will be delivered to the recipient's address on the tentative date mentioned in the app. Though it has its issues, as you cannot send large packages, and the pricing is also a little on the higher side, even for small distances. I had a lollipop moment this week when my colleague said our new Tap and Go parking payment feature made her day. With the new feature, there is no more need to enter a stall number to pay, and you can pay with a single tap from the Official BART App home screen. She confessed she's been cited twice in the past for entering the incorrect stall number, so the new feature makes things so much easier for her.
