Construction Safety Week brought up this important topic in a post: What are some challenges we can focus on and work together to overcome? Here’s what I think. 1. Lack of quality safety training. 2. Lack of training for the non- english speaking workforce, which makes up a huge amount of the workforce. 3. The smaller and midsize contractors still fail to invest enough resources in safety. Here’s a few solutions: 1. Treat training like you treat every other part of your construction business. Search for the best, even though the best will usually cost more. 💯 2. Research the available resources out there and search for safety companies that offer services in other languages. (They are out there) Tinocosafety.com 😉 3. Do what the larger companies do, add it to the project cost 🤷🏽♂️ #TinocosCare
