Designation- Senior Executive- HR Location- Greater Noida/ Gurugram Experience- 5+ years in HR (preferably in IT industry) Notice Period- Immediate Joiner Key Responsibilities: - Track monthly compliance violations and report findings to RPO partners. - Update compliance policies quarterly in accordance with Wipro's policies and communicate changes to RPO partners. - Share hiring compliance closure reports. - Manage creation of RPO recruiters' IDs and maintain iCIMS access and tracking. - Conduct monthly compliance training sessions for RPO partners. - Manage nationwide seating allocation and release for Talent Acquisition (TA) purposes. - Handle end-to-end recruitment processes with RPO partners for allocated accounts/skills. - Conduct initial screenings and assessments to identify suitable candidates for lateral hiring. - Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication among candidates, internal teams, and RPO vendors. - Manage candidate pipelines to ensure a seamless recruitment process. - Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and metrics to business stakeholders. Requirements: - Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in an RPO or agency environment. - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in compliance and standard operating procedure (SOP) adherence. - Ability to develop and deliver training programs effectively. - Capacity to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders efficiently. - Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
