The past two days have been very exciting as we gathered with our colleagues from global Teva management on the Senior Leadership Summit with the aim of hearing about different experiences and opportunities spanning various markets. Our focus centered on exploring the nuances of our new Pivot to Growth strategy, embracing innovation, and strengthening our leadership principles that will help us define the direction we are taking, be more proactive in our approach to getting things done and leading by example. Throughout our discussions, the emphasis was put on moving from probable to possible, underscoring our collective commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers and the millions of consumers and patients we diligently serve each day. We collectively reaffirmed the important role of our consumer healthcare portfolio, with highlight being put on our global brand, Sudocrem, that is an important element of our growth strategy.   Engaging in stimulating dialogues with colleagues from diverse corners of the globe was particularly enriching, and I found immense value in exchanging insights with our international counterparts, given our shared professional environment.
