Introducing the Second Group of Mentors for the 2024 ElevateHER Program. The program is poised to generate a multiplier effect, impacting not only the 64 women directly involved but also extending its reach to their families, the organisations they represent, their businesses, and the broader network of individuals they interact with. This interconnected cycle forms an enriched value chain, fostering sustainable growth and positive transformation at multiple levels. The mentor's responsibility extends to catalyzing the multiplier effect, amplifying the impact of empowerment across individuals, communities, and beyond. This amplification can be conceptualised as follows: Multiplier Effect= DI+II+OI+SI  Direct Impact + Indirect Impact + Organizational Impact + Societal Impact ElevateHER doesn't just empower individuals; it sparks a cycle of transformation that reverberates far beyond its initial scope. Through the mentorship journey, leaders become transformational mentors, guiding mentees to create an impact that amplifies exponentially, ultimately impacting tens of thousands. Renewed Sense of Development: 1.) Leadership Impact: Leaders return to their organisations with a renewed sense of purpose and development, inspired by their experience as mentors in ElevateHER. 2.)
