This progress report is long overdue! We are officially over halfway through with our 1,456,000 SF cross-dock facility located at Rockingham Farms in Savannah, GA. 📍Situated just 6 miles from the Georgia Ports Authority, we expect 10 turns per day giving our customers a distinct competitive advantage. Once complete, this facility, along with our 982,800 SF rail building, will wrap up the first phase of our development at Rockingham. We've just recently broken ground on our latest acquisitions which deliver in 2025 as part of Phase II!
