DELIVERING THE CRITICAL TALENT SO MY CLIENTS ACHIEVE THIER GOALS. We work with industry leaders and startups in Manufacturing & Engineering.
The Roaring Demand for Controls Engineers! As a controls engineer, you know that the manufacturing industry is buzzing with innovation and growth. (that is unless you have been completely off the grid) According to recent data, the demand for what you do (controls engineering) has surged by a whopping 25% just in the past year. Another survey revealed that 86% of executives plan to increase their investments in automation over the next 2 years. (For those math challenged, 86% means just about every single company) According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the hiring of controls engineers is projected to grow over 10% percent from 2022 - 2030, much higher than the national average for other jobs. Why, you ask? The trend towards automation is soaring as companies automate their operations creating a need for controls engineers who can implement these automation solutions. Also, the increasing complexity of industrial control systems. As these systems become more and more complex, they require engineers with specialized skills to design, install, and maintain them. Another factor is the lack of qualified controls engineers due to complexity and the older workforce exiting the job market. According to a recent survey by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, 60% of manufacturing companies are having difficulty finding qualified controls engineers. So as a controls engineer – what does this mean for you? The high demand for and lack of qualified controls engineers has created the perfect storm which in turn has created a golden opportunity for those willing to capitalize on their expertise and reap the rewards! Are you currently firing on all cylinders in your current capacity? #controlsengineer #goldenopportunity #hiring #automation #manufacturing
