“When wealth is lost, nothing is lost. When health is lost, something is lost. When character is lost, all is lost” 👉People are interested in talent but impressed by character. 2 most important things helps in character building- 1️⃣How I look is not as important as how I act. 2️⃣I treat others the way I want them to treat me.

I Help Black Businessmen Break The Vicious Cycle of Missed Potential So They They Master Their Life Leadership and Legacy
🔥 **A Reality Check for Men About Relationships and Emotional Stability** 🔥 Hey Brothers, Let's keep it 100—how many of us enter relationships expecting our women to be a constant sanctuary of peace? 🤔 If that's you, let me offer a quick reality check: Women have emotional highs and lows, just like the stock market or your favorite sports team. The mistake isn't in acknowledging this; the mistake is in thinking you can offload your own emotional equilibrium onto her. That's not just unfair; it's irresponsible. Your peace shouldn't be outsourced; it's got to be manufactured from within. 💪🏾 Don't be the guy who wobbles every time there's a shift in emotional climate. Be anchored in your own character. Be the stabilizing force in your relationships and, by extension, your life. That's what leadership is about. The sooner you realize this, the stronger your relationships will be—and not just with your significant other but with everyone, from family to friends to colleagues. If you're ready to deep dive into mastering your own Life, Leadership, and Legacy, drop a "💪🏾" in the comments.

It took me 5 years to learn this but I'll teach you in 5 minutes: 1. Focus on self-improvement every day, it's the best addiction. 2. Instead of seeking more time, minimize distractions. 3. Keep some things to yourself, even with trusted family and friends. 4. Collaborate with smarter people, competition is a weakness. 5. Don't let anyone control you by being easily offended. Stay calm and react less. 6. Rather than blaming distractions, enhance your focus on success. 7. Cultivate strength by embracing solitude. 8. Accept people for who they are, not who you want them to be, to avoid disappointment. 9. Ignore society's advice, as most people have no clue what they're doing. 10. Take initiative to create opportunities, don't wait for them to come to you. 11. Experience real growth by letting go of excuses and building your dream life.

Are you operating as the person your dreams require? That was the question that was asked at a leadership event I attended and it has stuck with me ever since. 🎯 Am I spending time on the things required to achieve my dreams? 🎯 Am I investing with the right people who can and will help me achieve my dreams? 🎯 Am I reading the right books and investing in the right personal and professional development? 🎯 Am I disciplined to make the necessary sacrifices, temporarily, so that I can achieve my goals? These are the hard questions we need to be asking ourselves consistently to get a “pulse check” on what we say we want and what we are actually willing to do! It’s much easier to point the blame or just quit than to look at ourselves honestly in the mirror and reflect on our own responsibility to take action and course correct when we get off track. Blaming someone else removes the self-accountability and also removes the power within us to create the change we desire to see! Whatever your dreams are for your business, your marriage, your parenting, your own physical health, or you fill in the blank. 1️⃣ Ask yourself, what would the person of your dreams be doing right now? 2️⃣ Are you truly operating as the person it will require to reach your dreams? New Month, New opportunities...Are you ready? Send me a DM and let's connect! #mompreneurlife #mindsetshift #personaldevelopement #lifecoachingforwomen #womenentrepreneurs

Are we surrounding ourselves with we right people? Do the people we spend the most time with leave us feeling better or worse? We all have individuals in our lives who've been with us for a long time. They've become a constant, almost like background noise. We are deeply influenced by the people around us. If we aspire to change our life, reach our full potential, or embark on a new journey, our choice of company matters. Surrounding ourselves with those who radiate positive energy, uplift us, challenge, and serve as our biggest cheerleaders. Other individuals who are also striving for personal growth. The ones who stand by our side when we need them, and we do the same for them. Together building a support and accountability system that propels us forward. We mustn’t just settle for "yes" people. Embrace those who challenge our thoughts and feelings. Growth arises from constructive debate and differing perspectives. Sometimes, all we need is someone to hear us out and understand our aspirations. Are the people we are spending the most time with providing us with the energy and encouragement we need for change and growth? Or are they merely trying to keep us and themselves in a comfortable, safe place? We are the product of our surroundings; so, we need to choose wisely. At the same time asking ourselves, are we being a positive force in the lives of those around us? What relationship is supporting us to our new future? #mindfullness #abundance #happiness #fulfilment #lifechange #purpose #success #leadershipcoaching #businesscoaching

I used to believe I shouldn’t live in New York because it was dangerous. I lived there for 15 years without incident. I used to believe all cops were a*holes. I married one and through him have met some of the most amazing humans who chose the profession. I used to believe I’d never get married or have kids. I’ve been married for almost 23 years with two kids and two grands. I used to believe I’d never weigh less than 180 pounds. I stay between 145-150. I used to believe I’d always work a desk job. I haven’t worked in an office environment in almost 20 years. I used to believe owning a business wasn’t for me. I can’t imagine working any other way. I used to believe my limiting beliefs. I now challenge them daily to free myself of self-imposed limitations so I can continue to live a full life. Don’t believe everything you believe. My clients often share beliefs that limit them, but when we explore the belief systems they’ve broken in the past, they discover they have spent a lifetime breaking through their own limitations. You have the power to create your reality. What are some powerful beliefs you have debunked for yourself? What beliefs can you breakthrough now?

Why He Committed So Quickly to Her, Not You… Ever wondered why some jump headfirst into a new relationship after a long-term one fizzles out? 🤔 Here's the real tea: 🎭 Sudden Shifts: It’s not just about finding someone new; it’s about finding someone who sparks a different part of their soul. When men swiftly marry after a recent breakup, it often highlights a profound alignment of desires they couldn’t find before. Could it be that this new connection just fits better with their current life chapter? 🏆 Internal Motivation Is Key: Pushing someone to change for you is like pushing a boulder uphill—exhausting and futile. People transform for those who touch their hearts deeply, not for those who merely wish they would. 🙏 It’s About Compatibility: The harsh truth? "He’s not the man you want because you’re not the woman he wants to be with." Compatibility and mutual desire aren’t just nice-to-haves; they’re must-haves. Where do you stand in your current relationship? 🤷🏻♀️ Embrace Reality: Sometimes, the best move is accepting the dynamics you’re in and recognizing when it’s time to find a partnership where mutual commitment isn't just a dream but a daily reality. Are you in a relationship where you’re truly seen, valued, and motivated? Or is it time to reevaluate your heart’s alignment? Let’s discuss below! 💬👇 #Dating #Relationships #Matchmaking #DatingAdvice https://lnkd.in/gMyF_N3R

📢 It takes a lot of courage to post personal things on social media, especially on LinkedIn. 👀 I know most people don't share personal things and that's okay. 😌 I've realized that some of my previous posts may have come across as judgmental towards those who choose not to share personal stories. 🍯 My friend Mu suggested I lead with kindness and honey, and I agree. My intention wasn't to attack those who prefer to maintain a strictly professional persona online. I simply wanted to show that it's possible to be yourself and still succeed. 👀 People sometimes look at me like I have three heads when I share my personal struggles on LinkedIn. 🏔️ But I believe in sharing the stories of those who have overcome obstacles and climbed the mountain to success. 💪 I won't apologize for destigmatizing depression and being real on social media. 🙏🏻 While I won't retract from being transparent and destigmatizing topics like depression, I sincerely apologize if my approach made anyone feel judged. Perhaps you might consider sharing your story one day. It's a courageous step, one that I, too, grapple with at times. Are you ready to share yours, or does the idea make you uncomfortable? Let's build the courage to discuss. 🗨️
