We invited the next generation of women in STEM to learn from our P&G scientists. Our partners at Girl Up, United Nations Foundation went behind the scenes to learn about some of our most innovative products from OLAY, Tide and Pantene and get inspired to pursue careers in STEM. Women currently make up 34% of the workforce in STEM, and while women have made advances in these fields, there is room for growth.
