We 're #hiring " Chief Accountant " Work location :- Head Office Job duties :- - Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. - Supervise the preparation of subcontractors' invoices and review their reports. - Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. - Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission from all projects & to the office. - Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis. - Work collaboratively with the accounting staff to ensure accuracy in finances. - Actively investigate and resolve irregularities in both incoming and outgoing payments. Brand Vision is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. As a General Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining financial records, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to provide accurate and timely information. You will work closely with other members of the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures. Responsibilities Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and reconciliations Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to management Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts Perform month-end and year-end closing activities Reconcile bank statements and other financial documents Support the external audit process Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as needed Requirements Proven experience as a General Accountant or similar role for 3-5 years.
