I have always repented using generic copy for most of the landing pages until I started doing cross-industry research. The types of ideas and wireframing you get to see in a totally-different industry can blow your mind. And it will surely get around your writer's block when you dive-deep into research and work on every fold aggressively. Some of the other frameworks that I have tried using in writing good landing pages includes: Framework #1: MECLabs Conversion Heuristic Formula It might sound like a mathematical equation but it's like solving a puzzle. Work on customer motivation, value proposition, incentives, reducing friction and anxiety. Framework #2: Cialdini's 7 Principles of Persuasion Add social proofs, create urgency, add trust pilot reviews for more authority. Framework #3: Claude Hopkins 4 Rules of Scientific Advertising Be specific, offer benefits and services, tell the full story without worrying about the word count, and write like you are talking to a customer directly. Framework #4: PAS Formula Problem > Agitate > Solution. Highlight the problem > Use emotions and triggers > offer your product. Framework #5: Be X Without Y Example: Be a high performing employee without the annoying admin work. Framework #5: AIDA Attention > Interest > Desire > Action Start with a bold statement > Build interest > Create desire > Show them how to take action. This might sound simple but it is difficult once you are writing it. Framework #6: FAB (see what I did there) Feature > Advantage > Benefit Write benefits (Jobs to be Done approach). Talk about the end result that someone gets after buying your product. Framework #7: Verb > Value > Urgency Example #1: Get > Graded > Today Example #2: Install a Free App Today This is mostly useful for CTAs.
