I’ve been asked a ton of questions lately about best practices when it comes to thought leadership. I could talk about this topic for hours and hours. There are so many steps that you need to take to create a successful thought leadership program in your organization. It can be daunting when starting from scratch. But it is incredibly rewarding. The one thing you cannot do is just slap the phrase “thought leadership” on everything you do and expect your audience to buy into it. If you’re not providing a unique value to your audience OR connecting with your audience by using your “why” statements, then all you’re doing is creating noise. Forget AI creating noise in the content world. Your “thought leadership” is.
