👍 Hire for Attitude: I came across this clip recently of Barack Obama giving career advice and wanted to share as I feel it provides some interesting takeaways. The one that sticks out to me the most is having the right (can do) attitude. Assessing candidates based on the relevant skills and experience is important but looking for a candidate with the right attitude is one of the most under prioritised aspects of the hiring process in my opinion.
