Say YES, then learn how to do it later? 🤔
Growth - personal or professional - usually comes at some discomfort, even pain.🥴 Without discomfort and pain, there will be no growth. 📈
So if you are given a difficult assignment or role, don't be afraid to say YES, even if you don't have all the answers yet.
Embrace the discomfort and learn as you go. You might surprise yourself with what you are capable of achieving. 🌟 #embracethepain

Stephen Tan The statement "Say YES, then learn how to do it later" reflects a proactive and growth-oriented mindset, emphasizing the value of embracing challenges and the learning opportunities they present. Here’s an interpretation: #CAROHITUPADHYAYA
Embracing Challenges for Growth: The idea is that personal and professional growth often occurs when one steps out of their comfort zone. Saying "yes" to challenging assignments or roles, even when you're not fully prepared or knowledgeable, can be a catalyst for significant growth.
Learning Through Experience: This approach suggests that learning doesn’t only happen before taking on a task but also occurs actively during the process. It emphasizes the value of experiential learning — acquiring skills and knowledge on the job, through real-life experiences and problem-solving.
Discomfort as a Catalyst for Development: The mention of discomfort and pain as prerequisites for growth underscores that meaningful progress often involves overcoming obstacles and enduring difficult periods. This discomfort is viewed not as a deterrent but as an integral part of the learning and development process.
Courage to Take Risks: The advice to say "yes" even without having all the answers highlights the importance of risk-taking in personal and professional development. It encourages stepping into the unknown and dealing with uncertainties.
Surprising Oneself: The phrase “You might surprise yourself with what you are capable of achieving” suggests that people often underestimate their abilities and potential. By accepting challenges, they may discover strengths and capabilities they were previously unaware of.
#embracethepain: The hashtag implies a motivational call to action — to willingly accept and deal with the difficulties and challenges as part of the journey towards achievement and self-improvement.
In summary, the statement advocates for a mindset of openness to new experiences and challenges, recognizing that growth often requires stepping into unfamiliar territory and learning through the process. It encourages embracing discomfort as a part of growth and highlights the potential for self-discovery and surprising achievements through this approach.

How you do anything, is how you do everything!
I believe this is true.
People who know me, know that if I start a task that I am all in! That doesn’t mean I don’t need accountability or a reminder from time to time but if I start a project or pursue an area of excellence or growth, there is one thing for certain – I go after it. I don’t take shortcuts, I get it done!
This has led to significant growth in my life.
But this phrase is so much bigger than just where you place your time and effort.
Think about it, really think about it. How do you do other ‘things’ in your life? How do you show up for others? What kind of effort do you bring to smaller tasks in your world? How do you operate when you are not in the mood?
I believe discipline and habits are formed in those small parts of life, not the big moments.
The big moments are just reflections of all those little things behind the scenes.
Let this post challenge you to reflect. I reflect on this phrase often. I interrogate myself and ask questions, then decide where you need to make changes.
Where do you need to make change?
