Genuine question. If we keep relying on secular studios for funding and distribution, how long before this South Park mantra becomes prophetic to faith based films? We need to think outside the box and pioneer new means if we want the faith based industry to remain free of the same problems Hollywood films have. This is why LOOR is building something completely outside of the means of distribution with Hollywood. We have to build something completely outside the bounds of normal expectations. It's harder. And it's not for cowards. But the reward is greater. Complete artistic freedom to tell stories that change and influence the culture in the opposite direction of secular Hollywood. Providing jobs to filmmakers looking to escape Hollywood's prison. Entertaining all audiences without the burden of having to compromise their values.

The ongoing SAG-AFTRA and WGA strikes serve as reminders of the critical role great leaders play in supporting their employees. As leaders, it is your job to foster an environment of trust and support by prioritizing the concerns of hardworking employees. Our advice? When you face resistance, meet employees where they are, listen with the intent of understanding, and stay focused on common interests and goals. 👇 ➡ Accept what they are feeling. ➡ Ask open-minded questions to learn the reasoning behind the negative feelings. ➡ Demonstrate you're willingness to listen to concerns. ➡ Ask for solutions that would effectively address concerns. ➡ Problem solve collaboratively.
