Which brand should you target for your Summer Internship? I've been getting 5-6 messages daily asking: "Bhaiya, marketing ke lie konsi company target kare?" "Hey Charchit, I am interested in finance roles, which company should I reach out to?" "Hi Charchit bhaiya, Zomato mein research internship mil jaegi?" So let me help you guys out. There are two solutions for this. But make sure you have decided on your roles first. 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝟐𝟎-𝟐𝟓 𝐝𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐡𝐮𝐧𝐭 Let’s say you want to know if Zomato hires marketing interns. Simply search "Zomato marketing intern." If you find 5-6 interns who are/were with Zomato’s marketing team, then Zomato is a good company to target. Want to do research at Zomato? Search "Zomato research intern." If you find only 1-2 interns, Zomato might not be a great target for research roles. General Rule: ➔If you find 5 or more interns for a role at a company, that company is a good target. ➔If you find only 1-2 interns, it doesn’t mean you shouldn't apply, but it might take extra effort to convert.
