Let’s move more. This guy certainly keeps me out walking. When working from home, he ensures I don’t sit at my desk like a robot the entire day. Oscar gets me up and out for a break, even if it’s just for 20 mins. In the rain. At the weekends, he provides a good excuse for us to get out and moving as a family.
