A delightful mix that balances tart and sweet for those cozy autumn evenings. 🍂🍹 🍹 Cranberry Cobbler Glass: Chilled rocks glass 🌿 Ingredients: Dry Gin: 60 ml Fortified Wine: 20 ml Cranberry Syrup: 15 ml Cranberries: Muddled (4 for the drink, 3 for garnish) Citrus: 1 lemon wedge and 1 orange wheel, muddled Garnish: Mint sprig 🥂 Method: Muddle: In a chilled glass, muddle 4 cranberries, a lemon wedge, and an orange wheel. Mix: Add 60 ml gin, 20 ml fortified wine, and 15 ml cranberry syrup. Shake: Combine all ingredients with ice in a shaker. Strain: Pour into the chilled glass filled with pebble ice. Garnish: Add 3 cranberries and a mint sprig. Cool off in this summer heat with this sweet Basil Watermelon Cooler with just the right amount of ginger. What you will need: 1 ½ oz Vodka 4 Basil Leaves 1 Peeled Ginger Slice 2 Large Chunks of Watermelon ½ oz Fresh Lime Juice ½ oz Simple Syrup+Ginger Ale ½ oz Patricia & Paul Honey Ginger White Balsamic Preparation: In a cocktail shaker, muddle 3 basil leaves with a ginger slice, 1 watermelon chunk and simple syrup. Add ice, Vodka, balsamic, and lime juice. Shake well and strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale. Garnish with remaining watermelon chunk and basil leaves.

Turn off the heat. ✅Place one or two Peppermint Tea Bags and steep the tea for 3 minutes. ✅Keep the tea bag for longer to get a stronger note. ✅Remove the bag after gently squeezing it to the sides of the pan. ✅Allow the tea to cool down to room temperature. ✅Strain the tea, add honey or jaggery and a few drops of lemon juice as per your liking. ✅Serve the tea over ice or keep it in the refrigerator and serve chilled. ✅Adding more ice cubes will dilute the taste.
