Important message for all LinkedIn family at large. As a job seeker,While browsing, searching and applied for thousands of jobs in three(3) months, it has been noticed that 99% jobs have no visa sponsorship, there by exhausting energy and wasting of precious time of the job seeker. It may be noticed that 95% job seekers of LinkedIn family are either senior/ citizens,bureaucrats , high educated, and experienced hand ,albeit not verbatim feel disgusting/ disappointment by such negligence on part of the recruiters. Despite a lengthy job description more then three pages having irrelevant sections. The LinkedIn administration/ management is requested to bound the companies to add a single sentence ,mentioning in their ads as to wether visa sponsorship for the advertised/posted job is available or otherwise, so that the precious time and energy of job seeker may not be exhausted please.
