#hiring Mamaearth is growing and we're looking for Talent Acquisition Professionals to join our HR team! As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for overseeing our full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing candidates, planning interviews, and hosting career events. To be successful in this role, you'll need to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. You'll also be responsible for coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, determining selection criteria, and leading employer branding initiatives. If you have proven work experience in a similar role, familiarity with social media and professional networks, hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting, and knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, we want to hear from you! A week in the life of a talent acquisition and employer branding agency founder... 🧑🏫 5 interviews with candidates for different positions 🤝 2 sales calls 💡 4 client weekly meetings 🪢 1 "Recruitment team as a service" (EB, rec and EX all in one package) collaboration kick-off 🤓 Tons of sourcing for candidates 💌 Very many candidate outreaches 📯 One meetup organized for one of our clients ☕️ Participating in TA café hosted at our office 💛 Internal meetings like company weekly, 1-on-1s and leadership team meeting Recruitments have picked up again with a bang 🤩💪 As a founder and CEO I've always felt it is crucial that I do client work, too. It would be very hard for me to understand the changes in the industry and to develop Finders Seekers further, if I didn't really do the job myself. I'm also a huge fan of job rotation, where everyone would do different functions in an organization every once in a while. The best way to understand is to try and do it yourself. Meanwhile, the same has taken the recruitment team over 2 months without success. What did he do differently? 1. Streamlining decision-making without compromising thorough evaluation. 2. Portraying a strong employer brand. 3. Simplifying interviews, assessments, and documentation for efficiency. 4. Aptly communicating job descriptions in a way that's truly reflective of the company's needs earlier in the process.
