Hello Friends, Happy to share with you all that after a gap of long 9 months, I am back in action again and ready to explore new professional opportunities. About 9 months ago I went for a routine health checkup which included an ultrasound to understand about any complications due to which I felt little pain in my stomach a day before and I returned with a diagnosis of some low grade cancerous serious blockage in my Urine Bladder. Life changed thereafter. Went through a TURBT Bladder Tumor Surgery after taking multiple opinions & consultancy with different doctors and hospitals. Anticipating my frequent visits to doctors & hospitals, I thought it would be better to Quit my Job and all professional engagements & assignments to avoid the complaints from employer and clients. I underwent another TURBT surgery within a month's gap, followed by back to back UTI infections & increase in my sugar level which delayed my recovery. And then came the cycle of 6 weekly chemotherapy. The chemo & the ever-returning infections made it almost impossible to engage myself in professional activities & assignments (or even find work). Thanks to you all for your blessings and wishes and a big thanks to my doctor, the very talented Dr. Prashant Kumar (Urologist) at Fortis Hospital Greater Noida who treated me so well that now I am fully fit & fine and now I am ready to come back in action as I used to be 9 months before (before the diagnosis of Bladder Tumor). I am writing this post to announce to the world that Sunil Srivastava is back in action as professional, and now once again I am ready to take assignments (Full Time or as Consultant) to launch new brands in the country or do some holistic Marketing/Sales activities for those who want it. And yes, I humbly requesting you all my friends to tag people in the comments whom I may connect to come back in action again (get Job, Projects & Assignments), or people who may need help in marketing their brand in India, launching any new product in India or setting up offline channel and distribution for their brand/product, on full time, part time or contractual basis. Hello Folks, I have been forced to post this not because I had to leave the company but the way have been treated in such an unprofessional way & forced to leave for no reason. I joined as Inside sales in Alpine Health pvt. Ltd. in Ahmedabad in July & given training for 25 days & within 7 to 10 days of started working, suddenly sent an email from HR to leave giving the reason of non- performance, irregularities & attendance during the 3 months probation. I know that it was not allowed to take any leave during probation period. But I had to take 3 to 4 leaves due to sickness & was not in situation somehow to attend the office. Inspite of knowing all & given medical certificate as well I have been reminded frequently & raised questions deliberately. you can imagine the logic behind this stuff. Within 10 days of working, I have been asked for the performance when I have not been given complete work to do what others are doing. while leaving on last day, I have been asked by manager that how much revenue generated & not right fit. can you believe that how valid to ask such when you just started learning & working for the company. There was unprofessional & unethical approach & behaviour to treat like this just because they have power to do so. I don't know about others who faced like this in the past. If you are giving the opportunity then why asked to leave within 2 months of joining & why you selected if you were supposed to do such . Managers are taking undue advantage of new joineees & juniors. I just expressed whatever happened based on experience & the way I have been treated unethically without any personal. so I request the one who is looking for job in this company to consider these before joining otherwise it's upto you!!! Thanks.
