Job Purpose: The Regional Manager Trade Sales will lead and drive the trade sales function for the Paints Business in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role involves volume and value target planning, network expansion, demand generation, field activations, and team management. Key Responsibilities: Volume and Value Target: Plan and drive initiatives to establish focused products in the market. Maintain sustainable sale potential for focused products in addition to the regular product range. Network Expansion: Study the market for new dealers, analyze their potential, onboard them, and drive business from this network. Generate Demand: Explore business opportunities with different stakeholders for regular and focused products. Design strategies and initiatives to generate demand. Field Activations: Design and execute field marketing activities to increase product adoption and awareness. Communicate product strengths vis-a-vis competition products in the market. Cross-Functional Integration: Integrate with other verticals and support initiatives for launching and establishing products in the market. Demand Planning: Collaborate with supply chain, brand, and retail teams to ensure material stock availability in line with demand. Trade Schemes: Provide input for scheme design to the head trade sales team. Implement and track performance of schemes for trade partners. On-Ground Promotions: Assist the trade sales head team and loyalty team in driving the loyalty program on the ground. Encourage participation of all stakeholders and work on means to retain them. Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research and track key competition product, pricing, and activities. Team Management: Productively utilize manpower resources to drive business growth.
