Please stop hating on candidates who use AI! I’m personally thankful for the technology as it helps distinguish between candidates who are smart and those who are…not. Smart candidates deploy AI in a resourceful way (just like they would on the job). The others? Well, let’s just say we can easily see who the lazy, inattentive, error-prone candidates are and…weed ‘em out.
