What I love about the stories of Moran, Talia, Ayelet, and Uvi, is that each in their own way they embody one of the unique powers of female leadership - the ability to hold seemingly incredibly different aspects of the work simultaneously and weave them together in a way that adds value and pushes the business forward. They each seem to do this on a daily basis in their roles: -->Combining technical execution and business strategy (Moran) -->Managing internal engineering conversations and external customer requirements (Talia) -->Bringing the best of academia into real-world industrial applications (Ayelet) -->Ability to drill down into incredible detail, while seeing the big picture & knowing that bringing the right people into a room together is the key to successful hardware design (Uvi) Inspired by your leadership @Moran Molnar Talia Berkowitz Ayelet Akselrod-Ballin, PhD Ahuva Kroizer 😎

I'm fascinated by the oddest things. When I saw this, all I could think of was how many companies could precisely synchronize the performance of 687 of their own "machines" to orchestrate an outcome, let alone synchronize theirs along with 686 owned by others? The tools for #DigitalTransformation in manufacturing exist now. The leadership to bring them to bear is the missing ingredient right now, despite all the hype. It feels like that may be changing. What am I missing?

Training will always be necessary. The risk of not investing in your employees outweighs the risk of them leaving. If you’re planning to train and retain, you need the culture, wages and advancement necessary to retain your employees.

Just a friendly reminder that the most important aspect of a business is not the product, machines, or customers. It's the people who work there. I was reminded of this quote a few weeks ago when getting a tour at a #manufacturer and they were highlighting their training room for employees. #themanufacturingmillennial #manufacturing #leadership #innovation #robotics #engineering

Ever heard your boss telling you to think outside the box? If you have worked long enough, there is a very high chance that you have heard this statement. Well, I see a problem with this. You see, we first put the box, trying to control everything, and then also expect the employees to think outside the box. Innovation and new ideas cannot breed in an environment of overcontrol. We need to give autonomy for that to happen. What do you think? #outsidetheboxthinker #innovationculture #autonomy #control #leadership #ideasworthspreading
