Reminder: We can’t directly control the way other people engage with us, but we can control the way we engage with them. We may not be receiving the kind of support we'd like, but that doesn’t mean we can’t give it. Dive deeper in my book ‘’The Good Life’’: https://bit.ly/3ruvYLG #support #engagement
Robert Waldinger do you think if they don’t give that support back that we still need support from somewhere?
Be the change you want to see
I couldn’t agree more with this. This is a form of emotional intelligence! Ashley Zahabian
Beautiful Robert Waldinger ! And that's called self-empowerment.

4wThank you Robert Waldinger for the great advice. Completely agree with your suggestion. Only would like to add. We can’t control the way other people engage with us, but changing the way we engage with them, we influence the way other people engage with us and we really can influence and that means we can control it some way. That EI competencies development. We can develop it. I add your book to wish list for reading. This is what I will read next. Thank you so much for opportunity to grow with it!
