Dear People Hiring, Is it common to try to recruit people for the same job they/he/she left? I have had multiple people try to get me to come back to a system job I left. These individuals had my full cv and years I worked there. Yes, I did find it a bit comical. Mostly because they have actively been trying to hire for 2 spots for 2 years. No, I didn’t agree to an interview. Does this work for people? I would assume a company wouldn’t want to engage with someone that left.
