NPCs are 'non-playable characters' that represent the AI agents that interact with you in a game to provide more story and realism. Think inspiration from gaming experience meets the business experiences (but not gamification...) Now, translate this to AI agents that are guides and adapt to your actions and responses for: - healthcare, - financial advice, - wellness, - personal assistant, - coach, - mentor, - sales assistant - tutor Just about any supportive individual in your life or your customers' orbit. It's far more immersive than slides, a calculator, a recording, or a whitepaper. Coupled with DI and AI, the experience is the customer journey you always wanted but could not map out on those conference room wall charts. We could very well see a LOT more 'NPC-style' assistants supporting our and our customer's journeys in business.
