"Save us from ourselves!" springs to mind in this week's Q&A. It's a regular plea for help from clients trying to manage the expectations of multiple stakeholders in a single project. It can be a real challenge, especially when your end goal is for them to use the data and insights in their sales and/or content plans. It's hard to temper their excitement; you want to keep them engaged, but the number of questions has already exceeded the limit, several conversations ago. When we are brought into these situations, we go back to basics and, with a careful eye, can immediately identify opportunities to streamline similar questions. Occasionally, we may need to gently push back on a request but remain helpful by finding the [secondary] data they need that's already in the public domain. I think this week's Q&A will certainly resonate with many in the industry. Always remember, lengthy questionnaires can diminish the quality of responses. Follow Coleman Parkes for weekly tips on how to improve your market research strategy!

If you are interested in changing please contact me and I can show you what I mean
