Struggling to ignite a spark in your sales team? Let's dissect the subtle, yet powerful differences between motivation and inspiration, and how harnessing both can propel your team to action. Motivation is the internal drive that pushes us to achieve our goals. It's the carrot dangled before us, often tied to rewards or the fear of consequences. But here's the kicker: motivation can be fleeting, a temporary push that needs constant replenishing. On the flip side, inspiration is that profound 'aha' moment. It's less about what we 'have to do' and more about what we 'aspire to be'. It's the wind beneath our wings, often sparked by powerful stories, visions of what could be, or the infectious passion of others. So, how do we move our sales team to action? It's a dance between motivation and inspiration. Start by setting clear, achievable goals - these are your motivational checkpoints. But don't stop there. Share success stories, paint a picture of the bigger impact of their work, and be the embodiment of the passion you want to see. This is where inspiration takes the lead. Remember, motivation might get your team moving, but inspiration will keep them soaring. It's about creating an environment where they feel part of something greater than themselves, where each sale isn't just a transaction, but a step towards a grander vision. Let's chat in the comments below about what inspires you in your work. The gif is a shout out to our top perm performer for the month of April by the way. #SalesMotivation #TeamInspiration #LeadershipStrategy

Helping female introverts in tech sales to become visible so they can get promoted ⭐️1:1 Coaching⭐️Mentoring⭐️Leadership Development
If you're looking for a coach to help you elevate your sales career you'd be forgiven for looking for a coach who reinforces your belief in what you can do. And if that's what you're looking for then I'm not the coach for you because my approach isn't about empty cheerleading. If your sales career has hit a roadblock because as an introvert you feel at a disadvantage, and that leads you to doubt yourself, you don't need more "I can", you need less "I can't". When people work with me I compassionately work with them to quieten their inner critic so those "I can't" narratives slowly melt away. When you're ready send me a DM and let's talk. #womeninsales #introvert #sales #careerdevelopment

Managing Partner @ Hovingh & Partners | Achieving Organic Growth | Influencing and Negotiation Effectiveness | Navigating Rapid Market Changes | Driving Your Sales Growth
"The person who carefully designs their daily routine goes further than the person who negotiates with themselves every day." Negotiating with ourselves is hard. I often lose those negotiations with myself whenever I am tired, too busy of not thinking. Having desert, saying yes to that nice glass of wine, skipping my work-out because ..... Is that the same for you? The moment you make your routine a rule your only negotiation becomes when, not if. This principle is therefore very very close to my heart, having learned it the hard way.... It brought me a lot. Whether it's sports, food, health, meditation, sauna and cold tubs or even being there for loved ones, designing a routine that works for us is crucial. From prospecting to pipeline management, selling, doing skill drills with the team - a well-designed routine is one of the strongest things that help us achieve our goals in both life and business Luck may play a role, but positioning ourselves for 'luck' is what truly matters. What are your thoughts and experiences on this? Let's discuss in the comments below. #routineiskey #successmindset #positivity #sales #leadership #leadershipdevelopment #negotiationtraining

Personality How often do you hear someone say "You have to keep you personal stuff seperate from your work." Then we work on telling them to develop relationships with their customers. Question, how many successful relationships have you had in your life that you kept a huge part of your life totally compartmentalized from the other person? I'd venture a guess of none. It is all personal! Literally is your personality. Let it shine through. Connection is made with others through a genuine exchange. Your customers and team will appreciate the deeper connection with you. #leadershipdevelopment #automotive #dealership #coaching 🔥🔥🔥🔥 Hi! Peace Advocate / Transformational leader/ Volunteer/ I develop communities through peace building initiatives
What is your selling point? I had this classmate who used seduction to get what she wanted from men. She was good at it. When I realized her strategy, I spoke to her privately. I told her that she could still get what she wanted from men without necessarily seducing them. She insisted on continuing with seduction as her strategy. Then I asked her, "What is your selling point? Is your body the only valuable thing you have to offer? Don't you think you can offer your intellect instead?" I explained to her that if she wants to network with people and build valuable connections, she can do it by showcasing her value to them. They may have impressive profiles, and she may have little, but the way she presents herself will determine whether they will love to connect with her or not. Whether we're conscious of it or not, we're all selling ourselves, either positively or negatively. We both wanted an opportunity, but I got it, and she lost it. Not because I was more intelligent, but because I knew how to sell myself. I have understood that as a woman, my value is not limited to my body. My value is also my intellect. That's why I ceaselessly work on my personal growth, so I can provide more value to those who come in contact with me. Take time to ask yourself and reflect on these questions: "What is my selling point?" "With what I present to people, will they want to relate with me again?" Don't sell nonsense and expect positive results. Soon you will start blaming your village people 😅. Till we meet again, I remain your loyal peace advocate and transformational leader. Serving you is my priority. Seeing you at the top is my goal. #Marketing
