Champion of Inspiring Leaders

"I don’t want your experience to be fine. I want it to be exceptional." Ankur Garg https://lnkd.in/ew3Qe52s "Many young people today will end up living beyond 100 years old — with most of those years being good, healthy years. That means if you’re under 30, you’ve got about 60-70 more years of execution left." Gary Vaynerchuk #InspiredByYou #OnRepeat & comments on thread highlighting a few here: "It’s never too late to get started and pursue what makes you happy!" Mita Mallick "Social #media can make you feel like everyone has it all figured out except you, but that’s so far from the #truth. We have to keep the #faith that we will all get there, and keep working toward our dreams." Sonia Narayanan "In the tapestry of life we’re not ensnared by threads of stagnation, nor do we wonder aimlessly in a wilderness of uncertainty. We are merely woven into a narrative of #growth, where every step forward is a stitch in the fabric of our transformation, and every moment a testament to the unfolding beauty of our journey." Eunice I. ++"Be willing to let what you learn shift your thinking. Build a web of deserved trust...We need each other. It is #community that rebuilds things! #Together is how you'll make the broken things whole again." Melinda French Gates at Stanford University source in this repost: https://lnkd.in/eduzV_Fa To shift our trajectory, we must shift the #narrative! Who really has it figured out? We have to #work together to #FloodTheFeed with voices, #storytelling and #leadership that reflects the now & future we desire. #Talent is an asset class! We must #InvestDifferent. #investing #business #innovation #entrepreneurship #careeconomy #hiring #diversity #equity #inclusion #strategy #belonging #economy #money #cultureofmoney

So many people in their 20s and 30s think they're "lost" in life... you're not lost, you're just early in the process! I started VaynerMedia at 34 years old in someone else's conference room, because we had no money for rent. It was a ton of risk by normal standards when somebody reads it on paper. But for me, it just felt like progression. Society puts a lot of pressure on people in their 20s and 30s to “figure out” their lives without understanding how long life really is. Many young people today will end up living beyond 100 years old — with most of those years being good, healthy years. That means if you’re under 30, you’ve got about 60-70 more years of execution left. There are challenges of course - but it's super normal to grow and evolve over time at your own pace. What you'll want at 22 isn't always what you'll want at 30 or 45. Try to get to a place of success (aka happiness) but don't ever judge yourself for where you're at ❤️

…correction…many of the 20s, 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s, and beyond are lost! If they contemplate life in today’s reality.

Not just 20's and 30's, it is actually worse for many people in their 50's and beyond. In your 20's and 30's you still have fire in you and believe all your dreams will come true. By your 50's if they haven't, you are more likely to feel stuck.
