So overall, six months have been successfully completed at IIM Nagpur ( Pune Campus), with the end of term 2. We have had the pleasure of getting educated through some of the most renowned and knowledgeable faculties. They always ensured to help us understand using real life examples which we can relate to. While the sessions pass like a breeze, the assignments and projects are really demanding and challenge you to put the knowledge gained to use in order to getting the same completed. This aspect is highly appreciated as in real life to, this is what you will be expected to do so. Most importantly, the examinations are of an altogether high level. By high level I mean to say that the examination expects you to think out of the box and provide answers in the same nature, based on whatever knowledge and concepts you have gained. At times, the examination becomes challenging as you might have to appear for two exams in one day itself. Nevertheless, with an undeterred spirit, and an aspiration to gain new learnings and it's application in real life scenario, we look forward to the coming semesters. PS: Not to forget, I ended up making some of the best colleagues over here. Though they are elder to me and have a compatitively higher experience, they are really amazing to be and study with. Each step forward, whether it was the thrill of receiving an interview call or the sheer joy of exploring the campus during the preparatory course, became a cause for celebration. I quickly learned to embrace the challenges that followed, transitioning from the initial euphoria of acceptance to the rigorous routine of an IIM. Maintaining the enthusiasm that fueled my initial excitement proved to be a powerful motivator, even in the face of demanding schedules and tight deadlines. Adaptability became a key theme as the dreamy orientation days gave way to the reality of academic rigor at IIM Nagpur. The article underscores the importance of self-belief, reminding me that my place at IIM was earned through hard work and dedication. As the clock ticked past midnight in the MBA life, I gained valuable insights into time management strategies – an essential skill in navigating the frantic pace of cases, pre-reads, submissions, and the perpetual chase of deadlines.
