https://lnkd.in/gxWCzrUQ As an HR professional and someone who loves HR and has found her passion for HR can say that’s why not everyone is meant for HR. Having not unhappy employees is not good for any organization. I hate to say it but it starts from the top and this superintendent does NOT care about employees for years. Unfortunately, our children are in the middle of it. Come on EA please reflect on your actions! It’s horrible that I know the last two out of the three employees who spoke about their work situation. ( I don't even know that many people). Human Resources should be “resource” for employees with the support of their organization. Bringing the human into the resources. Caring about employees and engaging them. Allowing them to feel comfortable speaking about any issue. That builds culture! Please watch the video and hear their stories! We have so much work to do to improve our schools.

Coordination of departments, functions and activities//Supervision of Service Delivery Unit//Mobilization of resources for development//Implementation of Public projects//Liaison officer
I have always thought, one of the roles of Human Resources Management Department in an organization is to bring out the best in human resources . That is, apart from recruiting, training and maintaining human resources, the HRM department, looks at the employees welfare and wellness. As opposed to other departments in an organization, HRM manages human beings and human beings have feelings and social, economic and health issues. It has always been my assumption that HRM should be more involved in wellness of their employee than firing them. Nonetheless, if you were to ask any employee out there the role of HRM, they will tell you, hiring and firing. To me, it's technical managers who hire and fire. The technical managers are in touch with the employees on a daily basis; they know whether an employee comes to work everyday, whether performance is good or bad and what intervention is needed, they can also recommend an employee for sacking. According to me, it's the work of HRM to address issues such as why employees don't come to work regularly, are always late, drunk at work and depressed. Before firing an employee, HRM should have done everything possible to help the employee meet the organization's expectations and not just fire employees as recommended by technical managers. I don't think HRM department just provides human resources clerical services to technical services. You will hear employees talk of having issues with HR department because all they do is hire and fire. The HR should ensure fairness in handling employee issues. They shouldn't just be processors of technical managers' decisions to hire or fire. Julie Hruska HRH Princess Haya Bint Al Hussein Sona Hrachinyan
