Seek support: Reach out to colleagues, friends, and loved ones to share your experiences and challenges. Building a support system can provide an outlet for your emotions and a source of encouragement and understanding. 3. Engage in activities you love: Find joy in hobbies, interests, and activities that fuel your spirit. 4.
